Defining a customer support triage and resolution workflow to stop dropping the ball on customer issues and to meet demanding SLA requirements.

Support issues used to be resolved entirely ad hoc.

I replaced that with a fully ticketed, efficient customer support workflow.

The result: major issues are handled efficiently, and minor issues don’t slip through the cracks. Customers consistently praise the support they receive.
